Fusion-io ioDrive Results of Tests
In the following graphics you will see the resultats of tests on different fields for the ioDrive. The ioDrive will be compared with a "normal" solid-state drive (SSD) and a "fast" hard disk drive (HDD) that's often used in today's servers and workstations. All tests show the outstanding performance of the ioDrive (specified in MB/s).
 
File Server



The ioDrive is about 30x faster than a "normal" SSD and about 100x faster than a "fast" HDD.

Workstation



The ioDrive is about 20x faster than a "normal" SSD and about 40x faster than a "fast" HDD. 		  Web Server



The ioDrive is about 10x faster than a "normal" SSD and about 100x faster than a "fast" HDD.

Database



The ioDrive is about 15x faster than a "normal" SSD and about 100x faster than a "fast" HDD.
 
Even these examples show the top performance of the ioDrive in typical fields like:
